Visit other homes selling in your market. Be objective when visiting, if you go to an open house and notice that the window has a crack in it and the house was not very clean; remember people will view you home in the same way.
Ask yourself why a buyer would purchase your home apposed to your neighbor’s home that is for sale. You can not get emotional about selling the home this is a business deal.
